December Curriculum
Cultural Subjects During the month of December, the children will be discussing different holidays as part of our geography studies. In the midst of all this excitement, we are still maintaining our regular curriculum as well as rehearsing for the Holiday Show on December 22 at 11:30 AM. A sign-up sheet will be posted by the front door for a potluck cultural family lunch.
Language Curriculum
The children are learning all the sounds of the letters. They are practicing how to associate the sand paper letters with pictures and objects. We are finishing our second group sounds. We have started to blend sounds from the first group combined with the second group to make three letter words such as mop, top, dog, and cot.
