Learning doesn’t need to stop in the summer. At Arbor View Montessori, we have lots of summer inspired themes and activities for your child.
Our summer program includes themes and activities from around the globe and right here in our backyard. Your child will enjoy summer themes and activities and also do fun work that builds on themes we learned during the school year.
Children will travel to other continents and discover interesting animals: This is a fun way of teaching geography and zoology together. We present 7 different continent maps that highlight unique animals from each continent. Students will be doing interesting activities that teach new animals, the seven continents and the globe.
Other summer themes include the Ocean/Beach theme. In this theme children will enjoy activities that teach the 5 world oceans and creatures of the oceans and beaches. Other themes in our summer program include:

- Astronomy / Space
- Dinosaur theme
- Gardening
- Water activities
- Picnics and more
